It’s a question that’s hard to answer. That’s why I prepared the quiz you are about to take.
I wanted to help you gauge where you are in your gratitude journey. Everyone's mindset is different and can’t be compared to another. This self assessment will help you get an idea of where you can find some places to grow.
This quiz will help you understand the basics of gratitude by first assessing how grateful you are for the things that surround you. I start with this because it’s probably easiest to appreciate things that are around us, like a good sandwich or a comfy bed. Let’s explore where your appreciation levels are for things in your life.
Find out how grateful you are in just two minutes.
Once you finish the quiz, you'll enter your name and email then you'll receive your score and what level you are at today. If you have any questions please feel free to email me (Karl) and I'll answer any questions that you have.
You'll also receive four customized emails that help you understand where to put your focus (depending on your score). They will give you tips to deepen gratitude practice.
Hi, Karl -
This was a lovely testament to how far I have come from the negative, critical, resentful mothers that raised me.
Interesting that you spoke of bad behavior traffic in this email message, because I practice driving generosity year-round, but especially as my winter holiday gift to my community. During Christmas/Hanukkah/all the other world religions' winter time holiday season, I leave extra early for errands and I leave extra space for the stressed drivers to get into traffic ahead of me. It's such a small gesture, but I can do it multiple times a day and watch the relief it brings to those driver's faces. I return home so grateful that I don't suffer their stress, and happy that I can give such simple gifts as much as I want without depleting any of myself.
Thank you for providing this opportunity for so many, including me, to increase our joy in life.
