Unlock Your Courage and Take Action With Coaching that Cultivates Gratefulness

Boost Your Energy and Be 31% More Productive

Most people don't take action on projects because they struggle with their internal dialog. Their voice inside of their head holds them back instead of encouraging them to take action.

Have you ever struggled with confidence? I know I have. I've been able to build my confidence through daily practices like journaling, meditation, support from coaches, and mentors. Each one has helped me build a stronger mind As I deepen these skills my confidence has soared.

If you would like someone who has been through the mindset trenches and knows how you can be more productive and resilient then we should set up a time to talk. You have to start building your foundation and that's with gratitude. Once you can get your inner dialog to appreciate the daily situations in that's when you can really work on your mindset and build the confidence to do the things that will help you make the impact that you know you can make.

Science shows that a few seconds of being grateful makes your life better.

In fact, bringing gratitude into your day-to-day has been proven to:

Restore your sleep cycles and help you rest better

Grow your friend circle & professional network

Reduce aches and pains in your physical body

Balance your mind for fewer negative emotions (like envy)

Bring out your kindness & compassion while reducing aggression

Feel better about yourself with invincible self-esteem

Strengthen your resilience and make you successful when you come up against
trauma, heartbreak, setbacks, or frustrations.

Zen Mindset

Understanding and appreciating how your mind works is not how most coaches work with their clients. They usually give you the tools and expect you to be able to execute on their system.

I have a three core principles:

  1. Appreciate Your Mindset
  2. Strengthen Your Mindset
  3. Pursue Progress Over Perfection
  4. Adjust Your Environment
  5. Build Your Community

Once you have a strong mindset foundation (Zen Mindset) then you'll be able to become more productive and resilient.

I'm Karl Staib the Author of Bring Gratitude

I've struggled like everyone else. I've had relationship problems, laid off from a job, 5 years without a raise increase, Cancer, fired from another, money issues, and happiness problems. I've studied happiness for over 10 years, speaking to thousands of people all over the world and the one thing that has helped me change from someone that struggled with feeling happy to someone that wakes up excited by what the day will bring is Gratitude. The habit of practicing daily gratitude changed my life and it can do wonders for you.

A few years ago I noticed that I stopped writing and being creative. I'd fallen into a rut. I woke up dreading most of my days. I put on a good front for my family and coworkers, but I just wasn't happy. I was drinking at night to help me relax and drinking coffee to kickstart my lethargic mornings.

Over one holiday my wife gave me a new bluetooth speaker for our home. It wasn't the one I wanted, so I looked at her and said "They didn't have the one I wanted?" Her expression showed me how far I'd fallen with my attitude. I knew that I needed to do something to improve my outlook on life.

I'd fallen into back into bad habits. I struggled with my confidence and I was procrastinating on important actions that I needed to take to become a better leader and grow my career.

That's when I started my gratitude journal, the spark that started this journey. I know keep a Zen Journal to help remind me to keep building my confidence. I now appreciate so much more of my day. It's really the little things like a cup of tea in the morning, which I usually had, but didn't have the ability to enjoy it as much as I do now.

Writing this book changed my life. I'm pretty dang sure it'll change yours, too!

What are you most grateful for today?
