We'll explore your mind through an interview and a follow-up call. We’ll discuss habits, thought patterns, stories, feelings, etc. 

I start our conversation by asking, “What irritates you?” Then we dive in and explore what triggers your feelings and how we can work with them. We use this time to understand your thought patterns. The more you uncover these patterns, the easier it is to prevent them from dictating your happiness.

When you purchase the Transition Coaching Session with Follow-up we'll explore your current mindset. We’ll discuss habits, thought patterns, stories, feelings, etc. 

We won’t cover your parent issues. We focus on how you feel about the small transitions in your life. From dealing with traffic to waiting for an elevator to getting up earlier than usual to a boring meeting. It’s these everyday things that drag us down and sap us of our joy.

I start our conversation by asking, “What current life transitions are you going through”

Then we dive in and explore old habits and how you can optimize a current transition to improve your life.

We use this time to understand your thought patterns. The more you uncover these patterns, the easier it is to prevent them from dictating your happiness and building habits that will help you become happier.
