Hi, I'm Karl Staib. The author of Bring Gratitude, keynote speaker and coach to people who want to Dig Deeper to Fly Higher. I struggled for years with staying consistent with my goals and working toward them until I applied techniques to help me be better prepared and excited about the challenge ahead.

The biggest thing holding me back was myself. My inner bully enjoyed putting me down and stepping on my neck when I tried taking on ambitious projects. It wasn't until I began to do my inner work that I finally got good at my own work.

I would like to be your team's guide as we support them through their mindset challenges and approach to their work.

I struggled with depression, money issues, being fired from a great job, Cancer, depression, relationships, career. etc., If you name it I probably struggled to overcome it.

Your mindset is where you should start.

We all struggle with something and when we realize this we can bring more compassion and appreciation to ourselves and our relationships, we grow stronger. It's about having systems in place that will improve you and your team's mindset. The better prepared you are, the easier the next project will be.

When your team wants to improve and grow together it should always start with working on your team members' mindset. Too often we focus on external things like software and processes, but we forget the most important thing to productivity and engagement. Our attitude. I have made the mistake of listening to the negative stories and limiting beliefs that played in my head as I tried to grow my skills. Once I worked on dealing with these internal issues it became easier to tackle difficult projects that previously I would have avoided.

It's starts with truly appreciating the challenge and all the possible nuances that will occur. That's why I have all my Virtual Mindset Boost sessions start with helping each individual build their own mindset system that works for them. We focus on you and your team's habits to create change that helps them grow.

I guide people through their emotional triggers, map it out and create a plan to help them focus on the most important aspects of their job, so they get the most important work done first. (This is a 5 module set of classes.)

It all starts with understanding and appreciating how your mind works. When you get this on solid ground the other stuff is so much easier.

How We'll Work Together

The sessions are designed to be interactive. We'll talk in advance to look at what will work best for your team and tailor the Virtual Mindset Boost session to fit your needs. On the day of the session we'll set-up a live video feed with you and everyone on your team. We can make these a high level overview or go more in-depth with multiple sessions. It depends on you and your team's needs. Your team will need blank paper, Post-it notes, a pen or pencil and willing to dig deep together.
